由于混凝土會在短時間內凝固成硬塊，且對鋼材和油漆有一定的腐蝕性，所以每次使用混凝土貯罐后，洗凈粘附在混凝土貯罐及進出料口上的混凝土是每日維護需要認真進行的工作。其中包括：

a.每次裝料前用水沖洗進料口，使進料口在裝料時保持濕潤；

1、磨合過程：混凝土攪拌車的磨合里程為1000－2500公里，進口車的磨合期則更長一些，多數為1500－3000公里。磨合期分為三個階段。行駛里程至100公里時為磨合初期，200公里時為初磨合程度，3000公里就可磨合形成氧化膜。

2、行駛速度：磨合期內應盡量低速行駛。一般情況下，載重混凝土攪拌車車速不宜超過45公里/小時，混凝土攪拌車的車速車速應在50－80公里/小時以內。同時，在起步前不要讓發動機怠速運轉太長時間，30秒左右即可起步。初駛期300公里以內應避免緊急制動。
