1新購的自動攪拌一體車在使用半個月后要檢查整車所有的螺栓，有松動的螺栓要及時加以緊固，但是也不可緊的太過，要注意一個合適的擰緊力矩。

1. Check all bolts of the newly purchased automatic mixer after half a month of use. If there are loose bolts, tighten them in time, but do not tighten them too much. Pay attention to an appropriate tightening torque.

2自動攪拌一體車的液壓系統在初次使用250小時后就要更換高壓抗磨液壓油，之后每使用2500小時更換一次，間隔不要超過一年，最好能夠同時更換液壓油濾芯。

3散熱器的溫控開關在出廠時一般是設置好的，會根據系統的溫度自動開啟或者關閉散熱風扇，最好不要隨意調節。

4自動攪拌一體車正常運轉過程中，如果散熱器的真空表讀數超過0.03Mpa時，要檢查液壓油和濾芯狀態，看是否要進行更換。

5自動攪拌一體車每次卸完料后及時清洗罐體內外和進出料口，防止殘留料沾罐，而且每3個月要徹底清理一次，這樣可以防止攪拌車越開越重，增加不必要的油耗。

5. Clean the inside and outside of the tank body and the inlet and outlet of the automatic mixer in time after unloading each time to prevent residual materials from touching the tank, and clean it thoroughly every 3 months, so as to prevent the mixer from becoming heavier and heavier and increase unnecessary fuel consumption.
