自動上料一體攪拌車的基本結構主要是取力器，攪拌桶的前后支撐，減速機，液壓系統，攪拌桶，操作機構，清潔系統等。讓我給您詳細介紹。

1.取力器

自動上料一體攪拌車采用主機的取力方式。取力器的功能是操作取力器開關以提取發動機動力并通過液壓系統驅動混合鼓。攪拌桶在進料和運輸過程中正向旋轉，便于進料。反向旋轉，完成工作后切斷與發動機的電源連接。

它主要由一個攪拌筒及其輔助支架組成。攪拌筒是由高質量耐磨薄鋼板制成的混凝土裝載容器。內壁焊接有特殊形狀的螺旋葉片，可自動裝卸混凝土。隨著其旋轉，混凝土沿著葉片的螺旋方向移動，并在連續提升和旋轉過程中進行攪拌。

Spiral blades with special shape are welded on the inner wall, which can automatically load and unload concrete. During supply and transportation, the mixing drum rotates forward and the concrete moves inward along the blades. During the ejection process, the mixing drum is reversed and the concrete is ejected along the blade. The hydraulic drive ensures the rotation of the mixing drum. The automatic loading mixer usually uses the automobile engine to drive the hydraulic pump through the output shaft, and then the high-pressure oil drives the hydraulic motor to drive the mixing drum and the on-board auxiliary diesel engine hydraulic system. The load of the motor is 9-12 m3. The blade is the main part of the mixer. Damage or serious wear will lead to uneven mixing of concrete. Similarly, if the blade angle is not designed properly, the concrete will separate.

6.清潔系統

7.封閉設備

全密封裝置采用旋轉密封技術來密封攪拌車的進，出口，解決了傳統攪拌車的水分蒸發，砂漿層，混凝土溢出和操作安全等問題。

The full sealing device adopts rotary sealing technology to seal the inlet and outlet of the mixer truck, which solves the problems of water evaporation, mortar layer, concrete overflow and operation safety of the traditional mixer truck.
