1.平時維護時，我們需要注意的地方是攪拌葉片與襯板之間的間隙，1~5mm是一個理想的范圍，實在3mm上下，如果超出正常范圍，我們可以調節葉片的上下位置來恢復。

1. During normal maintenance, what we need to pay attention to is the gap between the mixing blade and the lining plate. 1 ~ 5mm is an ideal range, which is actually 3mm up and down. If it exceeds the normal range, we can adjust the up and down position of the blade to recover.

2.我們在為混凝土攪拌機選擇位置的時候，一定要水平。任何一種斜坡都會影響物料在攪拌筒內的位置，不管是使用自落式攪拌機還是強制式，對攪拌質量的影響非常大，如果不平，需要墊平低洼部分。

4.使用前，檢查鋼絲繩磨損情況，張緊程度，傳動離合，制動器是否可靠靈活，滑軌軌道有無障礙，然后還要檢查潤滑情況

6.如果混凝土攪拌機停機1小時以上，需要把料卸凈，打開供水系統，利用石子等清洗混凝土攪拌筒，排凈混凝土攪拌筒內的一切，防止水泥在攪拌筒內固化。
