自動攪拌一體機是一種特殊車輛，并不是所有會開車的司機都會開攪拌車，如果操作不當會引起翻車、液壓泵、馬達、減速機過快磨損甚至出現嚴重后果。
The automatic mixer is a special vehicle. Not all drivers who can drive will drive the mixer. Improper operation will cause rollover, excessive wear of hydraulic pump, motor and reducer, and even serious consequences.
1．起動自動攪拌一體機之前，應把攪拌筒操作手柄放在“停止”位置。
1. Before starting the automatic mixing machine, put the operating handle of the mixing drum at the "stop" position.
2．自動攪拌一體機起動發動機后，應使攪拌筒在低速下轉動10分鐘左右，使液壓油溫升到20℃以上后方可工作。
2. After the engine of the automatic mixing machine is started, the mixing drum shall rotate at low speed for about 10 minutes to make the hydraulic oil temperature rise above 20 ℃.
3．自動攪拌一體機在露天停放時，裝料前應將攪拌筒反轉，將積水和雜物排出，以保證混凝土的質量。
3. When the automatic mixing machine is parked in the open air, the mixing drum shall be reversed before loading to discharge the ponding and sundries, so as to ensure the quality of concrete.
自動攪拌一體機具有特殊的底盤結構，擁有大功率的攪拌驅動系統、大容積的水罐，能實現將混凝土基料運輸到工地后，再加水自行攪拌的干式攪拌功能。
The automatic mixing machine has a special chassis structure, a high-power mixing drive system and a large volume water tank, which can realize the dry mixing function of adding water to mix after transporting the concrete base material to the construction site.
