如何避免多功能混凝土攪拌車的高溫危害

1、防止發動機機體過熱：由于環境溫度比較高，因此發動機容易過熱，要加強對發動機冷 卻系統的檢查、保養，這包括水箱、節溫器、水泵、風扇等部件的檢查，并且要注意及時加注冷 卻水。當水溫超過100℃時，應在陰涼處停車降溫，讓發動機怠速運轉，并掀開發動機罩幫助散熱。

It is necessary to strengthen the inspection and maintenance of the engine cooling system, including the inspection of the water tank, thermostat, water pump, fan and other components, and pay attention to the timely filling of cooling water. 2、防止車漆受損：車漆經過強烈的陽光曝曬，會發舊、起皺，而普通的美容打蠟雖然可以起到一定的防曬效果，但由于任何車蠟都含有矽的成分，久經紫外線照射會銹蝕車漆，留下點點黑斑。車蠟本身起不到增強硬度、抗紫外線的作用，反而會因溫度過高而很快流失，停車時要注意盡量把車停放在陰涼處。

3、防止車胎爆裂：氣溫高所以比較容易爆胎，溫度過高時很容易使輪胎變形，抗拉力下降。而作為輪胎本身，氣壓不標準、輪胎老化、性能減弱，或者在行駛過程中輪胎軋到了堅硬的金屬或其他硬物等情況，都會導致汽車突然間爆胎。

4、防止剎車制動失靈：制動液在高溫環境中更容易蒸發汽化，在制動管路中形成氣阻，制動蹄片也容易燒蝕，造成制動失靈。所以要經常檢查調整制動系統，下長坡途中應注意停車晾剎，保證制動性能良好。如果發現制動轂發燙，應停車降溫，但不可澆潑冷水，以防制動轂破裂。
4. Prevent brake failure: brake fluid is easier to vaporize in high temperature environment, forming air resistance in brake pipeline, and brake shoes are easy to be ablated, resulting in brake failure. Therefore, the braking system should be checked and adjusted frequently, and attention should be paid to parking and air braking on the way down the long slope to ensure good braking performance. If it is found that the brake hub is hot, stop the vehicle to cool down, but do not pour cold water to prevent the brake hub from cracking.
