作為自動攪拌一體車的主人，掌握一些小的維修技巧是很有必要的，今天我們講一下攪拌車出現漏油現象怎么處理。

As the owner of the automatic mixer, it is necessary to master some small maintenance skills. Today we will talk about how to deal with the oil leakage of the mixer.

1、冬季起車時預熱不足，油溫過低，油液和油封沒有達到工作溫度。

1. When starting in winter, the preheating is insufficient, the oil temperature is too low, and the oil and oil seal do not reach the working temperature.

處理方案：起車時，停罐怠速運轉十到二十分鐘，待油溫正常后再轉罐工作。

Treatment plan: when starting, stop the tank and idle for ten to twenty minutes, and then turn the tank to work after the oil temperature is normal.

2、使用時間長，油封正常磨損。

2. Long service life, normal wear of oil seal.

處理方案：更換新油封。

Solution: replace the oil seal.

3、液壓油長期沒有更換或濾芯質量不合格，液壓油過臟，加速油封磨損。

3. The hydraulic oil has not been replaced for a long time or the filter element quality is unqualified. The hydraulic oil is too dirty, which accelerates the wear of the oil seal.

處理方案：盡快更換液壓油和濾芯。

Treatment plan: change the hydraulic oil and filter element as soon as possible.

4、液壓油變質或乳化，潤滑性能下降，加速油封磨損。

4. The deterioration or emulsification of hydraulic oil will reduce the lubrication performance and accelerate the wear of oil seal.

處理方案：盡快更換液壓油和濾芯，嚴重時需要清洗系統。

Treatment plan: change the hydraulic oil and filter element as soon as possible, and clean the system if it is serious.

5、傳動軸動平衡失效，擺動量大，引起主軸擺動油封偏磨。

5. The dynamic balance of the transmission shaft is invalid and the swing momentum is large, which causes the eccentric wear of the swing oil seal of the main shaft.

處理方案：及時校正或更換傳動軸。

Treatment plan: correct or replace the transmission shaft in time.

6、泵支架松動、開焊或泵固定螺栓松動，引起液壓泵整體抖動，油封磨損。

6. Loose pump bracket, open welding or loose pump fixing bolts cause overall shaking of hydraulic pump and wear of oil seal.

處理方案：經常檢查，排除隱患，預防和避免故障。

Handling plan: check frequently, eliminate hidden dangers, prevent and avoid faults.

7、系統回油不暢，回油管或散熱器堵塞，造成泵馬達殼腔壓力增大，引起油封漏油。

7. The oil return of the system is not smooth, the oil return pipe or radiator is blocked, which causes the pressure of the pump motor housing to increase and the oil seal to leak.

處理方案：排除堵塞，保持回油循環順暢。

Treatment plan: remove the blockage and keep the return oil circulation smooth.

8、散熱器不散熱，造成油溫過高，粘度和潤滑性下降、油封過熱密封失效。

8. Radiator does not dissipate heat, resulting in high oil temperature, viscosity and lubricity decline, oil seal overheating seal failure.

處理方案：及時排除散熱器故障，盡快為系統降溫，防止泵馬達磨損。必要時停自上料攪拌車熄火，用水沖泵馬達和散熱器殼體降溫。

Solution: remove the radiator fault in time, cool down the system as soon as possible, and prevent the pump motor from wearing. If necessary, stop the self loading mixer and turn off the fire, and use water to flush the pump motor and radiator housing to cool down.
