自動上料攪拌機高溫問題有很大的危害，需要注意，尤其是夏天，很多機器都容易出現高溫問題，如何避免自動上料攪拌機高溫危害呢？小編總結了以下幾點：

The high temperature problem of the automatic feeding mixer is very harmful. It should be noted that, especially in summer, many machines are prone to high temperature problems. How to avoid the high temperature hazard of the automatic feeding mixer? The following points are summarized:

1、防止發動機機體過熱：由于環境溫度比較高，因此發動機容易過熱，要加強對發動機冷卻系統的檢查、保養，這包括水箱、節溫器、水泵、風扇等部件的檢查，并且要注意及時加注冷卻水。當水溫超過100℃時，應在陰涼處停車降溫，讓發動機怠速運轉，并掀開發動機罩幫助散熱。

1. Prevent the engine body from overheating: because the ambient temperature is relatively high, the engine is easy to overheat. It is necessary to strengthen the inspection and maintenance of the engine cooling system, including the inspection of water tank, thermostat, water pump, fan and other components, and pay attention to the timely filling of cooling water. When the water temperature exceeds 100 ℃, stop in the shade to cool down, let the engine run at idle speed, and open the engine hood to help heat dissipation.

2、防止車漆受損：車漆經過強烈的陽光曝曬，會發舊、起皺，而普通的美容打蠟雖然可以起到一定的效果，但由于任何車蠟都含有矽的成分，久經紫外線照射會銹蝕車漆，留下點點黑斑。車蠟本身起不到增強硬度、紫外線的作用，反而會因溫度過高而很快流失，停車時要注意盡量把車停放在陰涼處。

3、防止車胎爆裂：氣溫高所以比較容易爆胎，溫度過高時很容易使輪胎變形，抗拉力下降。而作為輪胎本身，氣壓不標準、輪胎老化、性能減弱，或者在行駛過程中輪胎軋到了堅硬的金屬或其他硬物等情況，都會導致汽車突然間爆胎。

3. Prevention of tire burst: tire burst is relatively easy due to high temperature, and tire deformation and tensile strength decrease are easy to occur when the temperature is too high. As for the tire itself, non-standard air pressure, aging of the tire, weakened performance, or the tire rolling to hard metal or other hard objects during driving will all lead to sudden tire blowout.

4、防止剎車制動失靈：制動液在高溫環境中更容易蒸發汽化，在制動管路中形成氣阻，制動蹄片也容易燒蝕，造成制動失靈。所以要經常檢查調整制動系統，下長坡途中應注意停車晾剎，保證制動性能良好。如果發現制動轂發燙，應停車降溫，但不可澆潑冷水，以防制動轂破裂。

4. Prevent brake failure: the brake fluid is more likely to evaporate and vaporize in the high-temperature environment, forming air resistance in the brake pipeline, and the brake shoe is also easy to be ablated, resulting in brake failure. Therefore, the brake system shall be checked and adjusted frequently. On the way down a long slope, attention shall be paid to parking and braking to ensure good braking performance. If the brake hub is found to be hot, stop to cool down, but do not pour cold water to prevent the brake hub from cracking.
