要想使自動攪拌車的使用壽命延長，就需要對自動攪拌車進行定期保養，對于保養這件事，很多車主都知道保養的作用。但是自動攪拌車的不見很多，有的時候車主會在保養的時候有所遺漏，為了使自動攪拌車的使用更好，應該對每一個部件都要進行保養。

1、發電機

1. Generator

它是在車工作中的作用是發電，通過自動攪拌車發動機的轉動來帶動發電機的轉動，產生電流后供自動攪拌車其他部分使用。雖然發電機是一個被動裝置，理論上損耗要小于其他部件，但對于自動攪拌車轉動軸承和皮帶輪來說，也是發電機易受磨損的部位。

After generating current, it is used by other parts of the automatic mixer car. Although the generator is a passive device, theoretically the loss is less than other parts, but for the rotating bearing and pulley of the automatic mixer, it is also the place where the generator is vulnerable to wear.

建議多檢查自動攪拌車皮帶的松緊度，合理維護發電機。

It is recommended to check the belt tightness of the automatic mixer and maintain the generator reasonably.

2、點火線

2. Ignition wire

自動攪拌車火花塞相信大家都知道，也有的司機會自己更換火花塞，但與之相比，點火線就很少被關注了。有的司機說：為什么自己的車沒有什么毛病，但就是不愛著火呢？行駛的油耗變高，動力差，如果不是其他原因引起的話。

As we all know, some drivers will change the spark plug themselves, but compared with it, the ignition wire is rarely concerned. Some drivers said: why is there nothing wrong with their car, but they just don't like fire? The fuel consumption of driving becomes higher and the power is poor, if it is not caused by other reasons.

建議司機檢查一下點火線。建議每兩萬公里更換點火線

3、制動盤

3. Brake disc

攪拌車制動盤相信大家都要熟悉，目前越來越多的自動攪拌車都逐漸從前盤后鼓的制動配置過度。采用盤式剎車的好處在于其擁有更好地散熱性，而且清理和更換更加方便。多數司機都認為剎車片要比剎車盤更加容易磨損，沒有對剎車盤引起足夠的重視，事實上盤與片的作用力都是相互的，接觸摩擦都會有磨損，而且剎車盤表面要比剎車片光滑，容易受剎車片粗糙表面的影響。剎車片本身就是易損件，但是在我們檢查更換剎車片的同時，也要注意攪拌車剎車盤表面的狀況，如果出現比較清晰的劃痕。

The advantage of using disc brake is that it has better heat dissipation, and it is more convenient to clean and replace. Most drivers think that the brake pad is easier to wear than the brake disc. They don't pay enough attention to the brake disc. In fact, the force between the disc and the pad is mutual, and the contact friction will wear. Moreover, the surface of the brake disc is smoother than the brake pad, and it is easy to be affected by the rough surface of the brake pad. The brake pad itself is a vulnerable part, but when we check and replace the brake pad, we should also pay attention to the condition of the brake disc surface of the mixer, if there are relatively clear scratches.

建議更換新的剎車盤，以免出現意向不到的后果
