選裝配置自動攪拌一體機主要包括取力器、攪拌筒前后支架、進口減速機、液壓系統、攪拌筒、操縱機構、清洗系統等。自動攪拌一體機工作原理是：通過取力裝置將汽車底盤的動力取出，并驅動液壓系統的變量泵，把機械能轉化為液壓能傳給定量馬達，馬達再驅動減速機，由減速機驅動攪拌裝置，對混凝土進行攪拌。

自動攪拌一體機系統說明攪拌筒：該車型所采用的攪拌筒形式是一種應用較為普遍的結構形式，攪拌筒采用梨形結構，其清洗用水和運輸過程中視需要補充加入的拌合水，均由攪拌筒頭部進料口處注入筒內。

傳動系統：該攪拌筒的驅動方式為以發動機為動力源，由發動機后端的取力器取力，通過傳動軸傳遞到變量柱塞液壓泵，經定量柱塞油馬達，再通過減速機帶動攪拌筒轉動。

攪拌筒的進出料系統（裝料和卸料機構）：是輔助攪拌筒工作的重要裝置。

The feeding and discharging system (loading and unloading mechanism) of the mixing drum is an important device to assist the mixing drum.

操縱系統：是整個自動上料攪拌車的控制部件，操縱面板上開有“工字形”槽，是操縱桿的活動空間；并且后半部的槽上開有限位孔，用來固定操縱桿的位置。該操縱系統通過汽車尾部的左右兩個操縱桿來控制攪拌筒的正、反轉和轉速，從而來完成進出料以及攪拌動作。

And there is a limit hole on the slot in the back half, which is used to fix the position of the control lever. 供水系統：自動攪拌一體機的供水系統主要用來清洗攪拌裝置。該車型的供水系統共有兩種型式，一種是離心水泵供水系統；一種是壓力水箱供水系統。
