攪拌一體車出現哪些表現需注意？

1.自動攪拌一體車工作狀況突變，這個突變情況指的是攪拌車不正常的表現，比如：攪拌車發動機突然熄火，再啟動困難，甚至不能啟動，混凝土攪拌車在行駛過程中動力突然降低，行駛無力，；行駛中制動失靈或跑偏等等，出現這些情況就要引起重視。

1. The sudden change of the working condition of the automatic mixer truck refers to the abnormal performance of the mixer truck, such as: the engine of the mixer truck suddenly stops, it is difficult to restart, or even can't start, the power of the concrete mixer truck suddenly decreases in the process of driving, and the driving is weak,; In driving brake failure or deviation, etc., we should pay attention to these situations.

2.聲音異常，就是自動攪拌一體車行駛中出現非正常的聲響，當攪拌車在行駛過程中發出異常時，一般的老司機就能意識到車輛出現問題了，此時應該立即停車檢查，嚴禁攪拌車“帶病作業”。

2. Abnormal sound refers to the abnormal sound of the automatic mixing truck when it is running. When the mixer truck is running abnormally, ordinary old drivers will realize that there is something wrong with the truck. 3.排氣顏色不正常，自動攪拌一體車發動機在正常工作過程中，排出的尾氣中的成分是二氧化碳和水蒸氣，假如車輛的尾氣中含有未完全燃燒的碳顆粒、碳氫化物、一氧化碳和大量的水蒸氣，這時尾氣的顏色可能變黑或變白，總之就是尾氣顏色和平時不一樣。這樣的情況也要引起注意，及時查看問題根源。

3. The exhaust color is abnormal. During the normal operation of the engine of the automatic mixer truck, the components of the exhaust gas are carbon dioxide and water vapor. If the exhaust gas of the truck contains incomplete combustion of carbon particles, carbon hydride, carbon monoxide and a large amount of water vapor, the color of the exhaust gas may turn black or white. In short, the color of the exhaust gas is different from usual. We should pay attention to this situation and check the root cause of the problem in time.

4.過熱高溫：這些問題一般出現在攪拌車的發動機、變速器、驅動橋主減速器、差速器及制動器等總成上。比如，攪拌車發動機過熱，多為冷卻系統有問題，缺冷卻液或泵不工作；變速器和驅動橋過熱，多為缺潤滑油所致；制動器過熱，多為制動蹄片不回位引起的。以上現象有的可以通過儀表盤的報警燈反映出來，需要駕駛員平時多觀察，也可以用手測試外表溫度。

4. Overheat and high temperature: these problems generally appear in the mixer engine, transmission, drive axle, main reducer, differential and brake assembly. For example, the mixer engine overheating, mostly for the cooling system problems, lack of coolant or pump does not work; Transmission and drive axle overheat, mostly due to lack of lubricating oil; Brake overheating, mostly caused by brake shoes do not return. Some of the above phenomena can be reflected by the alarm light of the instrument panel, which requires the driver to observe more at ordinary times, or test the appearance temperature by hand.

5.滲漏，自動攪拌一體車滲漏是指水泥攪拌車的燃油、潤滑油（齒輪油）、制動液（或壓縮空氣）以及動力轉向系油液等的滲漏現象。這也是明顯的故障癥狀，仔細觀察就能發現。

5. Leakage. The leakage of automatic mixer truck refers to the leakage of fuel oil, lubricating oil (gear oil), brake fluid (or compressed air) and power steering system oil of cement mixer truck. This is also an obvious fault symptom, which can be found by careful observation.

6.燃油和潤滑油消耗過量，燃油和潤滑油消耗過量，表明自動攪拌一體車技術狀況已惡化并已經產生了故障。
