強制式攪拌機有單臥軸攪拌機和雙臥軸攪拌機兩種，兩者的構成部件和工作原理都有不同，自上料攪拌車介紹單臥軸攪拌機的工作原理及特點。

There are two kinds of forced mixers: single horizontal shaft mixer and double horizontal shaft mixer. Their constituent parts and working principle are different. The working principle and characteristics of single horizontal shaft mixer are introduced.

首先，單臥軸攪拌機的構成：由機架、攪拌裝置、傳動系統、限位裝置及電器控制系統所組成。機架是整個設備的支撐部分，由槽鋼焊接而成，攪拌裝置由攪拌筒，攪拌軸，攪拌鏟片所組成，攪拌鏟片固定在攪拌臂上，并且與攪拌軸組成一體形成兩組螺旋方向相反，但導程及螺旋升角相同的螺旋帶狀攪拌鏟，攪拌鏟與攪拌筒內臂間隙可微量調整。自上料攪拌車，傳動機構是由減速機和聯軸器組成，筒體限位裝置由鎖定銷及定位孔所組成，電器控制系統具有起動、點動、停止、定時的功能。

Firstly, the composition of single horizontal shaft mixer: it is composed of frame, mixing device, transmission system, limit device and electrical control system. The frame is the supporting part of the whole equipment and is welded by channel steel. The mixing device is composed of mixing cylinder, mixing shaft and mixing shovel. The mixing shovel is fixed on the mixing arm and integrated with the mixing shaft to form two groups of spiral strip mixing shovels with opposite spiral directions but the same lead and spiral rise angle. The gap between the mixing shovel and the inner arm of the mixing cylinder can be slightly adjusted. For the self loading mixer, the transmission mechanism is composed of reducer and coupling, the cylinder limit device is composed of locking pin and positioning hole, and the electrical control system has the functions of starting, inching, stopping and timing.

其次，單臥軸攪拌機的工作原理：減速電動機通過連軸器使攪拌軸沿一個方向旋轉，攪拌軸上的正反兩組鏟片攪拌物料，由于螺旋升角的作用，鏟片工作時使筒內的物料由一側推向另一側，又由另一側推回原處的循環動作，使物料得到充分的攪拌，從而獲得理想的攪拌效果。自上料攪拌車，卸料時須停機，打開鎖定銷，使筒體旋轉一定角度，再限位，按點動按鈕，實現拌和物排出筒外。

Secondly, the working principle of the single horizontal shaft mixer: the speed reduction motor rotates the mixing shaft in one direction through the coupling, and the positive and negative shovel blades on the mixing shaft stir the materials. Due to the action of the spiral rising angle, the shovel blades work to push the materials in the cylinder from one side to the other side, and then push the materials back to the original place from the other side, so that the materials can be fully stirred, So as to obtain ideal mixing effect. From the loading mixer truck, stop the machine during unloading, open the locking pin to rotate the cylinder at a certain angle, then limit the position, and press the inching button to discharge the mixture out of the cylinder.

單臥軸攪拌機的用途及特點：適用于建筑科研單位和建筑公司及混凝土構件單位試驗室，可攪拌普通混凝土，輕質混凝土及干硬性混凝土，也可應用到其它行業試驗室對不同物料進行攪拌。自上料攪拌車本機操作方便，攪拌效率高，殘余量小，清洗方便，是較為理想的試驗室用混凝土攪拌設備。
