1、使用前：

1. Before use:

（1）要檢查小型混凝土攪拌車空壓機的自保裝置是否可靠，氣壓是否穩定；檢查水泵的引水有沒有加足，管道是否通暢；

(1) Check whether the self-protection device of the air compressor of the small concrete mixer is reliable and whether the air pressure is stable; Check whether the water diversion of the water pump is sufficient and whether the pipeline is unobstructed;

（2）小型混凝土攪拌車料倉的斗門、水泥斗門還有中間集料斗門、出料門的開閉是否靈活可靠；

（3）還要檢查小型混凝土攪拌車主機葉片的聯結螺栓是否牢固；

2、使用后：

2. After use:

（1）都應該將小型混凝土攪拌罐的主機內外、料門上的積料清理并沖洗干凈；

(1) Clean and flush the accumulated materials inside and outside the main machine and on the material door of the small concrete mixing tank;

（2）各個潤滑點應該加注潤滑油，尤其是在軸端的密封處萬不可遺漏；

(2) Each lubricating point shall be filled with lubricating oil, especially at the seal at the shaft end;

（3）冬季應放凈水路內的液體，放凈空壓機貯氣筒內的積水和氣體；

(3) In winter, drain the liquid in the waterway and the water and gas in the air storage cylinder of the air compressor;

（4）停機后，所有的開關都要處于非工作狀態并切斷電源。

(4) After shutdown, all switches shall be in non working state and cut off the power supply.

除了這些例行的檢查以外，每年還要對運行工作的小型混凝土攪拌車或是混凝土攪拌罐進行檢查，檢查中如發現問題要及時維修，有的小型混凝土攪拌車機器零部件若損壞要及時更換以保證設備的正常運行。
