自動攪拌一體機可以實現多種作業功能，其操作靈活、使用方便、作業速度快，所以在土石方施工中得到了廣泛使用。自動攪拌一體機的動力由發動機產生，經過液壓系統、液力變矩器、變速箱、驅動橋等傳動部件到達行走和工作系統。

自動攪拌一體機在作業過程中存在大量的往復運動，伴隨著作業過程產生的動能和勢能，如不加以回收利用，將會產生很大的能量損失。因此，自動攪拌一體機的混合動力和能量回收技術可有效利用能量，提高效率，降低油耗、排放和噪聲。具有混合動力系統的攪拌裝載機具有不止一個動力源，一個是發動機，另一個是液壓蓄能器。

自動攪拌一體機

There are a lot of reciprocating motion in the operation process of the automatic mixing machine. With the kinetic energy and potential energy generated in the operation process, if not recycled, it will produce great energy loss. Therefore, the hybrid power and energy recovery technology of the automatic mixer can effectively utilize energy, improve efficiency, and reduce fuel consumption, emissions and noise. The mixer loader with hybrid power system has more than one power source, one is engine, the other is hydraulic accumulator.

蓄能器的工作過程分為能量回收和能量釋放兩個階段，在能量回收階段，混合動力系統通過液壓電氣控制方式將攪拌裝載機的制動能量轉化為液壓能存儲在蓄能器中

The working process of the accumulator is divided into two stages: energy recovery and energy release. In the energy recovery stage, the hybrid power system converts the braking energy of the mixer loader into hydraulic energy and stores it in the accumulator

在能量釋放階段，混合動力系統通過液壓電氣方式將蓄能器中的能量輸出到行走驅動系統，單獨或者輔助發動機對攪拌裝載機進行行走驅動。能量吸收和輔助驅動構成了能量循環，有效降低了攪拌裝載機的油耗、排放和噪聲，是一種新型的節能技術。

In the stage of energy release, the hybrid power system outputs the energy in the accumulator to the walking drive system through hydraulic and electrical means, and the single or auxiliary engine drives the mixing loader. Energy absorption and auxiliary drive constitute the energy cycle, which can effectively reduce the fuel consumption, emission and noise of the mixer loader. It is a new energy-saving technology.
