由于冬季溫度相對較低，而長期零溫度實際上是整個攪拌機的重大不利條件，因此在冬季運行期間，裝有負載的獨立式攪拌機必須提供額外的保護。這是一個條件。除非加強對車載獨立式攪拌機的維護，否則自動攪拌機將凍結，因此預計冬季會出現以下5個問題。

一，剎車系統

冬季的橡膠變得更硬且相對脆弱，但不僅摩擦系統減少，而且其他季節的橡膠也相對泄漏。在冬季，請始終清潔裝載式自動飼料混合機的輪胎內容物，請勿多次使用它來修理輪胎。另外，更換不同型號或品牌的輪胎。

三，熱身

3、 Warm up

在冬天，溫度低并且潤滑油的粘度不流動。起動發動機后，發動機保持在大約1100 rpm。攪拌機預熱后，加速器猛烈啟動，發動機轉速不高，發動機轉速過高。噪音指示器溫度計開始預熱后，建議的溫度預熱不必等待發動機溫度升高。

When used in combination with large brakes, the brake lights of the mixer are faster. On ice, use a stop to brake the engine to avoid braking on the road.

您可以根據需要使用手剎，但必須停止制動按鈕才能放松。請勿松開手剎。踩下剎車以防結冰，并記住剎車不起作用。

You can use the handbrake as needed, but the brake button must be stopped to relax. Do not release the handbrake. Press the brake to prevent ice and remember that the brakes do not work.
