全自動攪拌一體車有時會出現積碳的現象，那我們應該如何預防積碳現象呢？

The phenomenon of carbon deposition sometimes occurs in the fully automatic mixer. How should we prevent carbon deposition?

1、攪拌車廠家提醒不要長時間怠速行駛

1. The manufacturer of mixer truck reminds not to idle for a long time

怠速時間長，攪拌一體車發動機達到正常溫度所需的時間也就變長，汽油被噴到氣門背面后蒸發的速度就慢，積碳也由此而生。同時經常怠速行駛，進入攪拌車發動機的空氣流量也就小，這樣對積碳的沖刷作用變得也很弱，會促進積碳的沉積。

If the idle time is long, the time required for the engine of the all-in-one mixer to reach the normal temperature will become longer. After the gasoline is sprayed on the back of the valve, the evaporation speed will be slow, and carbon deposition will occur. At the same time, frequent idling will reduce the air flow into the mixer engine, which will weaken the scouring effect on carbon deposition and promote the deposition of carbon.

2、攪拌車廠家提醒注意熄火時機

對于裝有渦輪增壓器的攪拌車，在高速行駛或是爬坡后不要馬上熄火，在怠速運轉10分鐘后再熄火，裝有渦輪增壓器的攪拌車其形成積碳的速度比一般自然吸氣式的攪拌車要快數倍。

For the mixer equipped with turbocharger, do not shut down immediately after driving at high speed or climbing, and then shut down after idling for 10 minutes. The carbon deposition rate of the mixer equipped with turbocharger is several times faster than that of the general naturally aspirated mixer.

建議攪拌車在常規保養都滿足的條件下每2萬至4萬公里時做一下進氣系統的免拆清洗，也就是在攪拌車發動機不解體的前提下用專用設備專用方法對攪拌車的進氣道、氣門、油路等容易形成積碳的部位進行清積碳的操作。

It is recommended to clean the air inlet system every 20000 to 40000 km under the condition that the routine maintenance of the mixer is met, that is, on the premise that the engine of the mixer is not disassembled, use special equipment and special methods to remove carbon from the air inlet, valve, oil circuit and other parts of the mixer that are easy to form carbon deposition.

3、攪拌車廠家提醒使用清潔汽油

汽油中的雜質是形成積碳的主要成分，所以清潔度高的汽油形成積碳的趨勢就弱一些。但是要注意高標號并不等于高質量，標號只代表油的辛烷值，并不能代表品質和清潔程度。一些車主為了保證汽油的清潔度，會采用在汽油里添加汽油清潔劑的做法。

Impurities in gasoline are the main component of carbon deposition, so the trend of carbon deposition in gasoline with high cleanliness is weaker. However, it should be noted that high grade does not mean high quality. The grade only represents the octane number of the oil, not the quality and cleanliness. In order to ensure the cleanliness of gasoline, some car owners will add gasoline detergent to gasoline.

這樣可有效地防止在金屬表面形成積碳結層，并能逐漸活化原有的積碳顆粒并慢慢去除，從而保護攪拌車發動機免受傷害。不過汽油清潔劑的添加一定要慎重，如果加入了偽劣的產品會得到相反的效果。

This can effectively prevent the formation of carbon deposition layer on the metal surface, and can gradually activate the original carbon deposition particles and slowly remove them, so as to protect the mixer engine from damage. However, gasoline detergent must be added carefully. If fake and shoddy products are added, the opposite effect will be obtained.
