1、檢查混凝土攪拌車密封條有無大的裂紋，有無斷裂。如果密封條斷裂了，可以使用粘結劑進行修補。特別是使用密封條專用粘結劑，很容易就能把大的裂紋條補好。當然，如果密封條損傷嚴重，或老化程度較大，好還是更換上新密封條省事。

4、車門與車身的密封是一個比較困難的部位，密封要求比較嚴，應密封的部分比較長，各密封部位的斷面形狀不盡相同，而且車門啟閉頻繁。在混凝土攪拌車上常設置3道，4道密封，安裝前支柱及車頂側橫梁部位的四重密封的構造。這種多道密封一般都布置在前門縫里，除具有密封功能外，還有汽車隔音降噪的作用。

5、在車窗玻璃損壞后，司機在換用玻璃時，要檢查密封條有無損傷。由于車窗經過修理后往往回復不到原來的形狀，因此，這時除了要保證能輕松拉動或升降車窗玻璃外，還要注意車窗玻璃四周的密封性。如果玻璃同玻璃槽口的縫隙不均，橡膠條與玻璃、玻璃槽接觸不良，司機可以用手能輕易地將密封條拉脫。
