這些年，產業結構調整，城市化進程的快速發展，在全國范圍內的大中型城市都開始實施“退二進三”、“退城進園”政策，大批涉及到化工，冶金，石油行業的污染企業先后搬遷或關閉，大量工業搬遷遺 留下的場地污染土壤在再次開發利用過程中，污染物會直接對區域內土地上從事生產，生活人員的健康構成嚴重威脅，隨著土壤污染面積加大，更是出現復合型、混合型高風險污染區，呈現出城郊向農村延伸、局部向區域蔓延趨勢。

                                      自動攪拌一體車
在整個工程項目中，所使用的設備包括：土壤預處理、輸送、物理篩分、增效淋洗、水土分離，自動攪拌一體車、壓濾機等眾多混凝土設備，在物料中的細粒百分含量是決定該項技術修復效果與成本的關鍵因素，若在物料中含有25%以上黏粒，修復成本會明顯提升，在這種情況下，不會考慮采用化學淋洗技術。
