讓混凝土攪拌車車輪耐用的技巧

混凝土攪拌車經常行駛在馬路上，隨著車子的行駛，車上的混凝土也會跟著被攪拌，等到了目的地之后，車上的混凝土基本上攪拌完成，不干結，可以立刻使用。由于車輪在行駛過程中經常接觸地面所以也難免會出現磨損情況。如何讓攪拌車車輪耐用？

1、避免原地打方向

由于車感不佳，很多新手都喜歡原地打方向，這個壞習慣基本上是從駕校里面帶出來的。原地打方向會令輪胎的磨損集中在同一個接觸面上，造成輪胎局部嚴重磨損，縮短使用壽命。因此，司機應避免原地打方向，而應該在輪胎滾動時打方向，這樣的話，地面給攪拌車輪胎帶來的才是多方位且均勻的正常磨損。

2、避免撞擊路肩和陷入坑洞

有些司機的停車方式比較霸氣，他們喜歡讓混凝土攪拌車騎上路肩停放。在攪拌車騎上路肩的過程中，輪胎會受到擠壓，容易導致攪拌車輪胎側面的簾子線斷裂，造成輪胎鼓包。

路面的坑洞同樣要避開。當攪拌車輪胎碾過坑洞時，攪拌車輪胎同樣會受到擠壓?？佣丛酱?、車速越高，輪胎受到的擠壓力度也越大，這樣也會導致輪胎出現鼓包。

3、避免蹭胎壁

很多時候，蹭胎壁是在攪拌車靠邊時無意中造成的，可能是司機車感不佳，也可能是司機開小差。攪拌車輪胎側面屬于輪胎的薄弱部位，磨損嚴重的話也會造成輪胎鼓包，帶來爆胎的隱患。因此，司機在靠邊停車的時候，應該多留心攪拌車與路肩的距離，避免蹭胎壁。

4、保持合適的胎壓

合適的胎壓能保證混凝土攪拌車輪胎的接地面積均勻，減少不必要的磨損。因此，司機應該養成定期檢測胎壓的習慣，隨時了解輪胎的胎壓狀況。檢測胎壓可以到專門的維修店，也可以購買胎壓計自己檢測，胎壓標準可參照攪拌車的胎壓標簽。

5、夏天不要降低胎壓

不少司機錯誤地認為，夏天氣溫高，降低胎壓能避免爆胎。這樣操作，攪拌車輪胎與地面的接觸面會加大，摩擦力增加，推進輪胎磨損，而且會導致攪拌車胎溫上升更快，更容易爆胎。所以，夏天依然要保持正常的胎壓。

Many drivers mistakenly believe that due to the high temperature in summer, reducing tire pressure can avoid tire burst. 注意大家一定要加強對車輪的保養，另外混凝土攪拌車在行駛過程中盡可能避免走一些坑坑洼洼的路，這樣可以保護了車輪，對于延長車輪的使用壽命有幫助。
