1、自動攪拌一體機運輸混凝土過程中如車輛發生故障，出現罐體停轉現象時，請按如下操作方法施救：（1）首先應檢查是否為操縱機構故障，擺動操縱手柄觀察油泵擺桿是否發生變化；（2）若操縱機構無異常，應嘗試采用應急油管進行施救；若應急油管施救無效，則需要立即打開罐體檢修孔將混凝土清理出來；若檢修孔位置不合適，必須在前錐適當位置使用氣割緊急開孔，然后以最快的速度將罐內混凝土清理出來。

2、自動攪拌一體機從混凝土入罐到排出，氣溫高時，2小時內盡量排出，陰雨天氣溫度低時，不宜超過3小時。

3、自動攪拌一體機在排出混凝土之前，應使攪拌筒高速轉動1分鐘，再進行排料。

4、自動攪拌一體機出料完畢，應立即用隨車的軟管放水，將進料口、出料斗及出料溜槽等部位沖洗干凈，排去粘結在車身各處的混凝土，再向攪拌筒內注水150-200L的清水。在返回途中要讓攪拌筒慢速轉動，以清洗內壁，避免殘余料渣附在筒壁和攪拌葉片上，在下一次裝料前將這些水放掉。
