多功能攪拌車大多數的拌和操作均系機械拌和，以中、低壓立式鋼制容器的拌和設備為主，來了解下拌和時機呈現什么問題：

緊迫驅動結束后,將驅動軟管卸下,并康復兩車原狀。將多功能攪拌車熄火,將其液壓馬達的高壓油管卸下,并與毛病車上的對應接頭用緊迫驅動軟管相在托輪和滾道之間放入木楔,以操控拌和筒的旋轉。

必定要留意安全;將發起機熄火，拆松液壓馬達的一根高壓油管,拌和筒可自由旋轉，操控拌和筒的旋轉,使修理孔轉到下部,然后打開修理孔，整理出筒內混凝土,此時必定要留意安全,混凝土排出結束后，康復拌和車原狀。發起拌和車,將其操作手柄撥至出料方位,毛病車內的混凝土即被排出。準備好緊迫驅動軟管,將拌和車熄火,卸下液壓馬達上的高壓油管接頭。
