自動上料攪拌車集上料、攪拌為一體，節省人力物力，被廣泛應用。自動上料攪拌車如有物料那么不能停止攪拌，防止物料凝固。有不少客戶遇到過自動上料攪拌車攪拌軸不轉的問題，下面我們來分析它是怎么回事？

Many customers have encountered the problem that the mixing shaft of automatic feeding mixer truck does not rotate. Let's analyze what's going on next?

1.自動上料攪拌車電機傳送帶松動，使得攪拌軸不能轉動。這時應停機機器，調節傳送帶的松緊度。

1. The motor conveyor belt of the automatic feeding mixer truck is loose, so that the mixing shaft cannot rotate. At this time, stop the machine and adjust the tightness of the conveyor belt.

2.如果混泥土自動上料攪拌車的電機傳動皮帶松動，則混泥土自動上料攪拌車的攪拌軸將緩慢旋轉或停止，電機傳動皮帶將松動，并且傳動裝置不足。當混泥土自動上料攪拌車的攪拌軸超過正常工作負荷時，攪拌軸緩慢旋轉。如果負載太高，攪拌軸將停止或彎曲。如果混泥土自動上料攪拌車過載，則混合軸將停止。所需要的是調節供給，去除多余的材料，并減少混合軸上的旋轉負載。

3.攪拌葉片或側葉片與氣缸內壁之間有異物。如果物料粘附在側葉片和內壁上，則在攪拌器軸停止之前總會有尖銳而強烈的摩擦聲。在這種情況下，須立即停止檢查，手動清理異物，然后重新調整混泥土自動上料攪拌車。如有必要，沖洗一個或多個攪拌槳和水箱內壁之間的間隙。

3. There are foreign matters between the mixing blade or side blade and the inner wall of the cylinder. If the material adheres to the side blades and inner walls, there will always be a sharp and strong friction sound before the agitator shaft stops. In this case, the inspection shall be stopped immediately, the foreign matters shall be cleaned manually, and then the automatic concrete loading mixer shall be readjusted. If necessary, flush the gap between one or more agitators and the inner wall of the water tank.
