1.強制式自動攪拌一體機

1. Forced automatic mixing machine

當強制式攪拌機啟動開始轉動之后，在葉片的轉動帶動下，投入到攪拌機內的物料在兩個拌合筒中上下的翻滾，做規則的圓周運動；與此同時，葉片之間的相互錯開的位置關系讓混合料在攪拌轉動中能夠變換位置，在葉片重疊的位置上混合物會在葉片的推動下以及轉動軸的攪動下從一個旋轉平面向另一個旋轉平面運動。這樣的復雜攪拌過程使得混合料能夠更加有效的、更充分的進行混合和攪拌，實現攪拌均勻，保證了混凝土的攪拌質量。

2.滾筒式自動攪拌一體機

2. Drum type automatic mixing machine

滾筒式自動攪拌一體機為攪拌筒的構造，簡體為雙錐形，筒內焊有高、低葉片，分別與拌筒軸線成一定夾角。攪拌進，隨著拌筒旋轉，葉片使物料在提升、下落的同時，又作軸向往復攪動，因此攪拌強烈，效果較好。其運轉方向為正方向攪拌而反方向出料。
