像一些泥土之類的，需要混凝土攪拌車邊攪拌邊運輸，泥土含有一定的水分，一旦水分少了它就會變干，因此需要在運輸過程中慢慢攪拌，氣路系統作為攪拌車常用的一種部件，攪拌車的氣路系統的保養應該怎么做？

For example, some soil needs to be transported while mixing by concrete mixer. The soil contains a certain amount of water. Once the water is less, it will become dry. Therefore, it needs to be mixed slowly during transportation. As a common component of mixer truck, what should be done to maintain the gas system of mixer truck?

1、混凝土攪拌車空氣壓縮機應水平放置、固定，通風良好。

2、不能經受風吹雨淋，也不能暴曬在陽光下。

3、調整好空氣壓力自動開關的上下限值，壓力過低會導致氣缸動作遲緩，壓力過高對氣路系統密封件不利。

3. Adjust the upper and lower limits of the automatic air pressure switch. If the pressure is too low, the cylinder will slow down, and if the pressure is too high, it is unfavorable to the seals of the air circuit system.

4、檢查混凝土攪拌車潤滑油的油位，保持油面在油尺上下線之間，油面接近下線時，添加新油。

4. Check the lubricating oil level of the concrete mixer truck, keep the oil level between the upper and lower lines of the dipstick, and add new oil when the oil level is close to the lower line.

5、檢查傳送帶張力是否合適，當用手指壓皮帶，皮帶下陷10mm左右為宜；更換傳送帶時應整組更換，以保持張緊度一致。

5. Check whether the tension of the conveyor belt is appropriate. When pressing the belt with your fingers, the belt should sink about 10mm; When replacing the conveyor belt, the whole group shall be replaced to maintain the same tension.

氣路系統對于混凝土攪拌車來說也是一處重要的部件，需要添加充足的油，并且保持油量充足，足夠攪拌車的運行，在提高攪拌車的使用效率的同時，也能加強對氣路系統的保養。
