在使用自動攪拌一體機的過程中，有時會遇到一些事故。如果遇到這種情況，如何清洗槽內剩余的物料?

In the process of using the automatic mixing machine, sometimes some accidents will be encountered. If this happens, how to clean the remaining materials in the tank?

1.關閉控制室電源開關，并懸掛“不關閉”警告標志。

1. Turn off the power switch in the control room and hang the "do not turn off" warning sign.

2.通知裝載機發生碰撞，并將裝載機斗與主機進料口對齊。

2. Notify the loader of collision and align the loader bucket with the feeding port of the host machine.

3.打開倉庫門，員工穿戴防護裝備進入主機。用鏟子、風槍等工具清理未完成的混凝土。

3. Open the warehouse door and employees wear protective equipment to enter the host. Clean the unfinished concrete with shovel, air gun and other tools.

4.打開卸車門，將可卸車的未攪拌混凝土卸車。

4. Open the unloading door to unload the UN mixed concrete that can be unloaded.

5.清理完罐內混凝土后，工作人員檢查主機葉片是否有損壞，直到確認主機底板和葉片完好為止。工作人員離開主機后，關閉主機倉門。

5. After cleaning the concrete in the tank, the staff shall check whether the blade of the main engine is damaged until it is confirmed that the bottom plate and blade of the main engine are intact. After the staff leave the main engine, close the main engine compartment door.

6.當確定電源接通或車輛運行正常時，應觀察斜帶、平帶上的砂礫，配合控制室操作員通過裝載機進行清理。

6. When it is determined that the power supply is connected or the vehicle operates normally, observe the gravel on the inclined belt and flat belt, and cooperate with the operator in the control room to clean it through the loader.

7.正常的混凝土生產應在清理斜帶和平帶上的廢棄物、砂石后進行。

如果自動攪拌一體機在使用過程中出現問題，不能運行的內部混凝土會及時排除，如果混凝土凝結在罐內，會造成車輛腐蝕。

If there are problems in the use of the automatic mixing machine, the internal concrete that cannot operate will be eliminated in time. If the concrete condenses in the tank, it will cause vehicle corrosion.
