攪拌機發動機工作溫度過低的故障如何診斷

在自動攪拌一體機行駛中，若冷卻液溫度表長時是指示在發動機正常工作溫度以下，即可判定為發動機工作溫度過低。

If the coolant temperature indicator is below the normal operating temperature of the engine for a long time, it can be judged that the engine operating temperature is too low.

對一定的發動機而言，不可能因發生故障而導致冷卻強度加大或傳熱損失減少，從而使發動機工作溫度過低，發動機工作溫度過低，通常是自然因素或冷卻系統的冷卻強度調節裝置失效所致，為此，發動機出現工作溫度過低的現像時，應進行以下檢查。

For a certain engine, it is impossible to increase the cooling intensity or reduce the heat transfer loss due to the failure of the engine, so that the working temperature of the engine is too low, which is usually caused by natural factors or the failure of the cooling intensity regulating device of the cooling system. For this reason, when the working temperature of the engine is too low, the following inspection should be carried out.

1，環璄溫度較低時，檢查百葉窗是否關閉，是否采取了有效的保溫措施。

1. When the ambient temperature is low, check whether the shutter is closed and whether effective insulation measures are taken.

2，檢查風扇控制裝置是否失效，如果冷卻系統裝有風扇離合器或裝用電動風扇，可在發動機工作溫度較低時，通過觀察風扇的運轉狀態來確定風扇控制裝置是不否失效。

2. Check whether the fan control device fails. If the cooling system is equipped with a fan clutch or an electric fan, the fan control device can be determined whether the fan control device is invalid by observing the running state of the fan when the engine operating temperature is low.

3，檢查節溫器是否正常，在發動機工作溫度較低時，通過觸試散熱器溫度來判斷冷卻液是否進行大循環，以診斷節溫器是否正常。

3. Check whether the thermostat is normal. When the engine working temperature is low, judge whether the coolant is circulating by touching the radiator temperature to diagnose whether the thermostat is normal.

4，如果冷卻液溫度表指示溫度低，但發動機工作中無其他異?，F象，應對冷卻液溫茺和冷卻液溫度傳感器進行檢查。

4. If the coolant temperature gauge indicates low temperature, but there is no other abnormal phenomenon during engine operation, check the coolant temperature and coolant temperature sensor.
