攪拌車的底盤上的零部件也很多，減震器這個部件大家應該都比較熟悉，減震器是用來抑彈簧吸振后反彈是的震蕩及來自路面的沖擊。在攪拌車的行駛過程中減震器一般都會有響聲，這是因為減震器與鋼板彈簧、車架或軸相互碰撞，膠墊損壞或是減震器防塵筒變形，油液缺乏等原因引起的，怎么判斷減震器是否良好呢？

如果攪拌車的減震器失效或者出現問題，應首先查看減震器是否有漏油現象，用力按下保險杠，然后松開，假如攪拌車有兩到三次的騰躍，就說明減震器是好的。攪拌車在緩慢行駛中緊急制動，此時如果車輛的振動比較厲害，就說明減震器有問題，需要拆下減震器將其直立，并把下端銜接環夾在臺鉗上，用力拉壓減震桿數次，此時應有穩定的阻力，往上拉的阻力應大于向下的阻力，如果阻力不穩定或無阻力，可能是減震器內部缺油或閥門零件損壞，應終止修復或更換零件，并應立即送去維修。

At this time, there should be stable resistance. The upward resistance should be greater than the downward resistance. If the resistance is unstable or no resistance, it may be the lack of oil in the shock absorber or the damage of valve parts, Repair or replacement of parts shall be terminated and sent for repair immediately.

攪拌車減震器漏油一般是以下幾個原因：

1. 減震器內部的清潔度不夠好，有焊渣、鐵屑等雜物導致油封磨損。
