自動攪拌一體車減速機漏油的處理方法及預防

自動攪拌一體車中的減速機在車輛行駛中是非常重要的，但有時候會出現漏油的現象，這是非常危險的，所以大家在發現了這種情況之后就要及時進行處理，還是要提前進行預防。

The reducer in the automatic mixer truck is very important in driving, but sometimes there will be oil leakage, which is very dangerous, so we should deal with it in time after we find this situation, or we should prevent it in advance.

1、減速機油封漏油，由于操作不當造成減速機上主油封漏油。解決方法：更換油封。

1. The main oil seal of the reducer leaks due to improper operation. Solution: replace the oil seal.

2、減速機與罐體處漏油，造成原因多事連接處螺栓松動。解決方法：復緊螺栓。

2. The oil leakage between the reducer and the tank caused many causes, and the bolts at the joint were loose. Solution: re tighten the bolt.

3、減速機與馬達連接處漏油，常見原因是O型圈損壞。解決方法：更換馬達與減速機之間的O型圈。

液壓油是液壓系統的工作介質，液壓油的清潔程度，直接影響液壓系統的工作性能和液壓件的使用壽命，關系到車輛能否正常工作。液壓系統故障有75%都是由于液壓油不夠清潔造成的。防止液壓油污染是很重要的。下面介紹防止液壓油污染的主要主要方法：

1、對液壓元件保養或更換新件，一定要把管道內清洗干凈。

2、使用合適的濾芯器，要及時更換濾芯器

3、液壓油長時間使用也會變質、失去原本的性能，要及時更新也要油。
