關于超載問題的危害咱們都心知肚明，可是超載一直是屢禁不止。運送成本添加，貨運贏利下降，一些廠家不得不逼上梁山，經過超載來下降成本。

We all know the harm of overloading, but overloading has been repeatedly prohibited. With the increase of transportation cost and the decrease of freight profit, some manufacturers have to push up to Liangshan to reduce the cost through overloading.

不光是這些大型的貨運卡車，多功能攪拌車一直以來也是超載的重災區，也是職業的常態。能夠很肯定地說，簡直市面上100%的多功能攪拌車都有超載的嫌疑，咱們心照不宣。在確認一臺多功能攪拌車是否超載之前，咱們需求了解下面三個概念：幾許容積、攪拌容積和罐車容積別離指什么？

Before confirming whether a multi-functional mixer is overloaded, we need to understand the following three concepts: what is the volume, mixing volume and tank car volume?

1、幾許容積：攪拌桶實踐幾許容積，它是指攪拌罐在設計時，用數學方法核算出來的容積巨細。

1. Allowable volume: the actual allowable volume of the mixing tank, which refers to the volume calculated by mathematical method in the design of the mixing tank.

2、攪拌容積：攪拌車至于水平方位，攪拌桶能包容大的未經攪拌的混凝土物料(包含水)，并能攪拌出運至混凝土的量(以搗實后的體積計)，是攪拌車能夠裝載混凝土物料混合物(包含水、水泥、沙石等)不發生漏料現象的大容量。一般咱們日常稱的幾立方罐車都是指罐車的容積。

2. Mixing volume: as for the horizontal position of the mixer, the mixing bucket can contain large amount of concrete materials without mixing (including water), and can mix the amount of concrete transported to the concrete (based on the volume after tamping), which is the large capacity that the mixer can load the mixture of concrete materials (including water, cement, sand, etc.) without material leakage. Generally, the volume of a few cubic tank cars we call everyday refers to the volume of a tank car.

3、攪拌車容積：多功能攪拌車能夠運送的預拌混凝土量(以搗實后的體積計)，能夠當作混凝土攪拌罐車抵達工程現場所能夠卸下的混凝土方量?？紤]到上坡的時分攪拌筒會有歪斜，因而多功能攪拌車容積是小的。

3. Volume of mixer truck: the volume of ready mixed concrete that can be transported by multi-function mixer truck (based on the volume after tamping) can be regarded as the volume of concrete that can be unloaded when the concrete mixer truck arrives at the project site. Considering that the mixing drum will be skewed when going up the slope, the volume of the multi-function mixer truck is small.

三者在數值上的巨細聯系應該是：幾許容積＞攪拌容積＞攪拌車容積，咱們常常所說的，多少方的攪拌罐車，指的便是它的攪動容積。

The relationship of the three in numerical value should be: a few volume > mixing volume > mixing truck volume. What we often say is how many square mixing tank truck refers to its mixing volume.

關于多功能攪拌車的裝載約束，是有清晰的規范。就拿咱們常見的前四后八的攪拌車來說，也便是上面表格中的四軸攪拌罐車，它在裝滿混凝土之后大的總質量要小于等于31噸，攪拌筒幾許容積≤15.5平方厘米，攪拌筒攪動容積≤8平方厘米。

There are clear specifications for loading constraints of multi-function mixer. Let's take our common four after eight mixer truck as an example, which is also the four axis mixer truck in the table above. After it is filled with concrete, its total mass is less than or equal to 31 tons, the volume of the mixing drum is less than or equal to 15.5 square centimeters, and the stirring volume of the mixing drum is less than or equal to 8 square centimeters.
