自動攪拌一體車不能轉動的處理方法

自動攪拌一體車動力由二類底盤全功率取力器輸出通過傳動軸把動力傳給液壓泵，液壓泵產生液壓能通過油管傳到液壓馬達，液壓馬達把液壓能轉化為動能并通過減速機減速增扭傳遞到攪拌罐。

The power of the automatic mixer truck is output by the full power power take-off of the second type chassis, and the power is transmitted to the hydraulic pump through the transmission shaft. The hydraulic energy generated by the hydraulic pump is transmitted to the hydraulic motor through the oil pipe. The hydraulic motor converts the hydraulic energy into kinetic energy and transmits it to the mixing tank by reducing the speed and increasing the torque of the reducer.

在使用到一定時間之后，過多過少的會出現拌筒不能轉動，一般有3種情況：

1、運輸過程中有混泥土卡住了；

1. Concrete stuck during transportation;

2、液壓系統或發動機發生故障；

2. Hydraulic system or engine failure;

3、馬達發生故障。

應對方法：

Response:

1、運輸過程中有混泥土卡住了；清理干凈就沒有問題了；

1. The concrete is stuck in the process of transportation; there is no problem to clean it up;

2、液壓系統或發動機故障的處理：

2. Handling of hydraulic system or engine failure:

（1）打開攪拌筒檢修孔蓋，旋松馬達上高壓軟管的管接頭，旋轉拌筒使拌筒檢修孔斜向下，將砼從攪拌筒檢修孔排出；

(1) Open the manhole cover of mixing drum, loosen the pipe joint of high-pressure hose on the motor, rotate the mixing drum to make the manhole of mixing drum incline downward, and discharge the concrete from the manhole of mixing drum;

（2）將故障車的高壓膠管從馬達上卸下，把救援用的高壓膠管接上，另一端接在救援車的油泵上，并將應急用的回油管一端接在故障車的馬達泄油口，回油管另一端接在救援車的油泵回油口，利用救援車來控制故障車拌筒的旋轉，將砼排出。

(2) Remove the high-pressure rubber hose of the failure vehicle from the motor, connect the high-pressure hose for rescue, and connect the other end to the oil pump of the rescue vehicle, connect one end of the emergency oil return pipe to the motor oil drain port of the fault vehicle, and connect the other end of the oil return pipe to the oil return port of the oil pump of the rescue vehicle, and use the rescue vehicle to control the rotation of the mixing drum of the failure vehicle and discharge the concrete.

3、馬達發生故障，處理則較簡單，可把救援車的馬達卸下裝在故障車上，再將各個油管接好，啟動救援車即可將拌筒內的砼排出。

3. If the motor fails, the treatment is relatively simple. The motor of the rescue vehicle can be unloaded and installed on the fault vehicle, and then the oil pipes are connected. After starting the rescue vehicle, the concrete in the mixing drum can be discharged.

自動攪拌一體車作為運輸用汽車，在維護和修理方面須遵照交通部的規定，執行“定期檢測、強制維護、視情修理”的維修制度。在這個大前提下，再結合自動攪拌一體車的實際情況，做好維護和修理。在日常維護方面，自動攪拌一體車除應按常規對汽車發動機、底盤等部位進行維護外，還須做好以下維護工作。
