密封膠條是自動攪拌一體機的重要零部件之一，廣泛用于車門、車窗、車身、座椅、天窗、發動機箱和后備箱等部位，可以生產用于安裝客車行李倉門的橡膠鉸鏈，還具有其他防水、密封等作用。

Sealant strip is one of the important parts of the automatic mixer. It is widely used in doors, windows, car bodies, seats, skylights, engine cases, trunk and other parts. It can be used to produce rubber hinges for the installation of luggage compartment doors of passenger cars, as well as other waterproof and sealing functions.

1、檢查密封條有無大的裂紋，有無斷裂。如果密封條斷裂了，可以使用粘結劑進行修補。特別是使用密封條專用粘結劑，很容易就能把大的裂紋條補好。當然，如果密封條損傷嚴重，或老化程度較大，最好還是更換新密封條省事。

Especially with the special adhesive for sealing strip, it is easy to repair the large crack strip. Of course, if the seal is seriously damaged or aging, it is better to replace the new seal easily.

2、車主在使用洗滌劑進行清洗門窗密封膠條之后，最好涂覆一層高滲透性的保護劑，這樣既能防止密封條老化又能極大地提高密封條的密封性。除此之外，密封條的縫隙之間很容易塞滿沙塵，從而引發銹蝕。為此，應該用刷子把沙塵等清除干凈。

3、在更換整個車身時，應在焊縫的搭接部分涂一層密封膠，膠層厚度應約為1mm，并且膠層不得有虛粘、氣泡等缺陷。在整個地板下表面和前輪罩下表面應涂3mm-4mm的彈性涂層及防腐涂層。這些措施不僅可以大大增強整車的密封性和減慢車身的銹蝕速度，而且還可以大大提高乘坐舒適性。

3. When replacing the whole body, a layer of sealant shall be applied to the overlap part of the weld seam, the thickness of the adhesive layer shall be about 1mm, and the adhesive layer shall be free of defects such as virtual adhesion and bubbles. 3mm-4mm elastic coating and anti-corrosion coating shall be applied to the whole lower surface of the floor and the lower surface of the front wheel housing. These measures can not only greatly enhance the sealing performance of the whole vehicle and slow down the corrosion speed of the body, but also greatly improve the ride comfort.

4、車門與車身的密封是一個比較困難的部位，密封要求比較嚴，應密封的部分比較長，各密封部位的斷面形狀不盡相同，而且車門啟閉頻繁。在高級轎車上常設置3道,4道密封，安裝前支柱及車頂側橫梁部位的四重密封的構造。這種多道密封一般都布置在前門縫里，除具有密封功能外，還有汽車隔音降噪的作用。

5、在車窗玻璃損壞后，車主在換用玻璃時，要檢查密封條有無損傷。由于車窗經過修理后往往回復不到原來的形狀，因此，這時除了要保證能輕松拉動或升降車窗玻璃外，還要注意車窗玻璃四周的密封性。如果玻璃同玻璃槽口的縫隙不均，橡膠條與玻璃、玻璃槽接觸不良，車主可以用手能輕易地將密封條拉脫。

密封膠條雖是車身內的小部件，但是它能保證開關車門沉穩厚重，還能使車內避風雨、防塵、隔熱、隔音，對門窗交接的邊緣起到裝飾的效果。當車身受到振動與扭曲時，密封條還起到緩沖、吸震、保護玻璃的作用。因此，保養無小事，任何一個環節都不容忽視
