正確使用自動攪拌車有利于施工的順利進行，并且可以提高工程工作效率，如果沒有正確使用會損害設備的機械部件，減少它的使用壽命。使用時的重中之中是要嚴格按照使用說明進行操作，一般在夏季如果自動上料攪拌車溫度過高應該立刻停下來，等溫度降下來后再繼續使用。今天就讓小編為大家簡單介紹一下自動攪拌一體車散熱器的正確使用方式：

Generally, in summer, if the temperature of the automatic feeding mixer is too high, it should stop immediately, and continue to use after the temperature drops. 1、備用的散熱器有效環境應保持通風、干燥。

1. The effective environment of standby radiator shall be ventilated and dry.

2、建議使用軟硬水需軟化處理后使用，避免造成散熱器內部堵塞及水垢的產生。

2. It is recommended to use hard and soft water after softening treatment to avoid internal blockage of radiator and generation of scale.

3、在冬季為防止結冰造成芯子破裂現象，如攪拌車長期停車或間接停車時，應將水箱蓋和放水開關，將水全部放出。

3. In winter, in order to prevent core cracking caused by freezing, for example, when the mixer stops for a long time or indirectly, the water tank cover and drain switch shall be set to drain all water.

4、水位計應每3個月清洗一次或視實際情況，各部件拆下用溫水加無腐蝕性洗滌劑清洗。

5、散熱器內完全放水再注水時，要先將發動機缸體的放水開關扭開，有水流出時，再關上，從而避免產生水泡。

5. When the radiator is fully drained and then filled with water, the drain switch of the engine block shall be turned on first, and then closed when there is water flowing out, so as to avoid water bubbles.

6、在日常使用中應隨時檢查水位，要停機降溫后加水。加水時，將水箱蓋慢慢打開，作業人員身體應盡量遠離加水口，以防高壓蒸汽油加水口噴出造成燙傷。

6. Check the water level at any time in daily use, and add water after shutdown and cooling. When adding water, slowly open the water tank cover, and keep the operator away from the water inlet as far as possible to prevent scalding caused by the injection of high-pressure steam gasoline water inlet.

7、散熱器不應與任何酸、堿或其它腐蝕性性質接觸。

8、在使用防凍液，為了避免散熱器的腐蝕，請務必使用正規廠家生產且符合國家標準的長效防銹防凍液。

8. When using antifreeze, in order to avoid radiator corrosion, please use the long-term antirust antifreeze produced by the regular manufacturer and in line with the national standard.

9、視實際情況用戶應在1～3個月間對散熱器進行完全清洗一次芯體。清洗時，用清水沿反進風向側沖洗。

9. Depending on the actual situation, the user should completely clean the core of the radiator within 1-3 months. When cleaning, use clean water to wash along the side of the reverse wind direction.

10、在安裝散熱器過程中，請不要損壞散熱帶（片）和碰傷散熱器，以保證散熱能力和密封。
