自動上料攪拌車在被我們實際操作使用過程中有時候會因為一些原因導致其出現堵料現象的發生，在在一定程度上是可以直接影響攪拌車施工效率的，那么接下來就讓小編教教大家一些如何避免它堵料的方法：

1、上下料時間參數不合理

1. Unreasonable loading and unloading time parameters

自動上料機因料倉內無法加裝料位機，所以行業基本都有時間控制。如何設置時間參數，上下料時間設置其實很簡單，在初次使用時，先設置一個小的時候，然后根據每次吸料位置慢慢加，當達到料位達到吸料口的時間，再減去一秒就是合理時間。放料時間是確保放完料再加一秒。

The automatic feeding machine can not be equipped with level machine in the silo, so the industry basically has time control. How to set the time parameter? The setting of loading and unloading time is very simple. When it is used for the first time, set a small time first, and then add it slowly according to the position of each suction. 這樣做有兩個好處：一是料位太高對濾芯傷害特別大，我們有些客戶一個濾芯能用兩年有些用半年就是這個原因。二是每次料都能放干凈，下料閥在關閉的時候不會出現帶料關閥，帶料關閥對沒分鐘開關五六次的這種頻繁工作的密封圈傷害特別大。

Second, every time the material can be put clean, when the blanking valve is closed, there will be no material shut-off valve. The material shut-off valve is particularly harmful to the frequent working sealing ring that does not open and close five or six times per minute.

2、自動上料攪拌車進料口給料量是否合理

我們很多項目使用手動料槍吸料，操作為了方便直接將料槍插入物料桶或者噸袋中，料槍吸料口被嚴實的物料壓縮，強大的負壓將滿滿的物料拉走，這對上料機傷害非常大，且極易堵塞管道。

Many of our projects use manual material gun for material suction. In order to facilitate the operation, the material gun is directly inserted into the material barrel or ton bag. The material suction port of the material gun is tightly compressed by the material, and the strong negative pressure pulls the full material away, which is very harmful to the feeder and easy to block the pipeline.

正確的方式是物料在吸料口和空氣形成一定的氣物混合比，在氣流的推動下均勻流入上料機。這個時候我們需要將料槍設計帶有補氣功能。如果物料積壓時間過長可能很硬，這個時候需要在料槍上裝一個振蕩器，敲碎結塊的物料。
