攪拌機罐體運用碳鋼或不銹鋼制做。選裝裝備攪拌機首要包括取力器、攪拌筒前后支架、進口減速機、液壓體系、攪拌筒、操作機構、清洗體系等。小型混凝土攪拌車工作原理是：經過取力設備將轎車底盤的動力取出，并驅動液壓體系的變量泵，把機械能轉化為液壓能傳給定量馬達，馬達再驅動減速機，由減速機驅動攪拌設備，對混凝土進行攪拌。

攪拌一體機體系說明攪拌筒：該車型所選用的攪拌筒方法是一種使用較為遍及的結構方法，攪拌筒選用梨形結構，其清洗用水和運輸進程中視需要補充加入的拌合水，均由攪拌筒頭部進料口處注入筒內。
