多功能攪拌車罐體的馬達或減速機發生故障且確定無法在混凝土預凝前使罐體轉動，請快速打開人孔蓋，如人孔蓋不在罐體下方則需要在罐體前錐底部開孔，與此同時須持續向進料口灌入大量清水，沖刷罐內混凝土，直至罐體下方無混凝土流出，罐內少量殘余混凝土需人工進行清理，清理完畢后進行清洗，將割下部分重新連接到罐體上(安裝人孔蓋)，并打磨噴漆處理。

一、漆面氧化。多功能攪拌車在太陽紫外線的照射下，漆膜會不斷向空氣中蒸發油份以達到保護自身的作用，長時間就會導致漆面油分的過分散失。漆面的亮度、深度都大打折扣，使漆面慢慢發白，形成氧化層，縮短了車漆的壽命，肉眼就可觀察到車漆發烏、發白、無光澤等現象。

二、交通膜。多功能攪拌車在行駛過程中由于摩擦而產生強烈的靜電層，靜電對灰塵、油污和化學粉塵吸附能力很強，時間長了會形成一層堅硬的交通膜，這種“交通膜”易使漆面發生氧化腐蝕，這種情況可采用研磨拋光處理。
