自動攪拌一體車制動系統的重要性，踩剎車時的振動大多發生在舊車身上，由于磨損，攪拌車制動盤的表面光潔度在一定程度上不對齊，因此建議根據情況選擇采用車床光盤技術研磨，或更換制動墊(用于舊混凝土攪拌機)。
