當多功能攪拌車出現緩慢的送粉現象時，螺旋輸送機進料緩慢，進料時間超過2分鐘，在正常進料條件下可在20秒內送出。

When the multi-function mixer appears the phenomenon of slow powder feeding, the screw conveyor feeding is slow, the feeding time is more than 2 minutes, and it can be sent out in 20 seconds under normal feeding conditions.

影響因素主要是粉罐的送料不良和螺旋輸送機的損壞。粉末進料的不良性能的特征在于粉末拱形，粉末罐的排出口處的材料聚集，蝶閥的開口太小以及粉末罐中的材料不足。螺旋輸送機的損壞主要是由于螺旋葉片的變形，不能正常運輸。

The main influencing factors are poor feeding of powder tank and damage of screw conveyor. The poor performance of powder feeding is characterized by powder arch, material accumulation at the outlet of powder tank, too small opening of butterfly valve and insufficient material in powder tank. Screw conveyor damage is mainly due to the deformation of the screw blade, can not be normal transportation.

1.打開氣錘破拱裝置。

1. Turn on the air hammer arch breaking device.

2.檢查粉末罐排放蝶閥的開度，并將蝶閥保持在完全打開位置。

2. Check the opening of the powder tank discharge butterfly valve and keep the butterfly valve in the fully open position.

3.檢查粉末罐出口處的物料是否結塊。

3. Check whether the materials at the powder tank outlet are caked.

4.檢查螺旋葉片是否變形。如果變形，請將其拆下進行更正或更換。

如何避免多功能攪拌車中的電擊
