1.攪拌車蓄電池的保養

在汽車正常使用的情況下，電氣設備若無故障，蓄電池應隨時充電。如發現不充電或充電不足而影響啟動機啟動，應檢查發電機電壓機電壓調節器等是否有故障，并立即排除。此外，蓄電池經常保持外表清潔，電池表面污垢和濺出的電解液應用抹布浸10%濃度的蘇打水予以洗凈，而后再用清洗的干布擦拭干凈，如汽車長期不用，應將蓄電池卸下每月充電一次，汽車停止使用一個月左右，應截斷電路，以防自動放電。如車輛停止三個月左右不使用，應拆下蓄電池并及時補充電。

新蓄電池或修復后的攪拌車蓄電池（更換極板）使用之前開始充電為初充電。充電時，將蓄電池正負極分別與充電機正負極相連，初充電應選用較小的電流，充電過程通常分為兩個階段進行，一階段的充電電流約為額定容量的1/15，充電之電解液放出氣泡，單格電池端電壓達2.4V為止。此段充電時間為25-35h。然后將電流降低一半，轉入二階段，直到充足為止，時間為20-30h。使用中的蓄電池需要進行補充充電，一階段的充電電流約為額定容量的1/10，二階段的充電電流減半，一般需要13-16h。干式荷電鉛蓄電池在規定的保存期內（兩年）如使用，只需灌入符合規定密度的電解液，擱置15-20min，調整液面高度至規定標準后，不需要進行充電即可使用。

在充電間內嚴禁有火源；充電時要打開每個單格電池的加液口蓋，使氣體能順利逸出。充電過程中嚴禁用高率放電計檢查單格電池的電壓，否則很容易引起氣體爆炸事故。

充電作業要注意用電安全，保護人體不受傷害，設備不受損壞。電源插座應完好可靠。電源線絕緣良好，不能用任何破損之處。攪拌車充電機使用前要用試電筆檢查一下機殼，防止漏電傷人。充電時應先接好蓄電池電路，然后在插接電源線。充電結束時應先拔下電源線，然后再拆開蓄電池電路，要按照使用說明書正確使用充電機，嚴防充電機輸出端發生短路。如果采用并聯充電，接入各個蓄電池的電壓要與充電機的輸出電壓相符，同時并聯的蓄電池個數不鞥超過充電機的大負載容量。
