自動攪拌一體車系統說明及使用:攪拌車攪拌筒:該車型所采用的攪拌筒形式是一種應用較為普遍的結構形式,攪拌筒采用梨形結構,其清洗用水和運輸過程中視需要補充加入的拌合水,均由攪拌筒頭部進料口處注入筒內。
Description and use of automatic mixing truck system: mixer drum: the mixing drum adopted by this model is a common structural form. The mixing drum adopts pear shaped structure, and its cleaning water and mixing water added as needed during transportation are injected into the drum from the feed inlet of the mixing drum head.
傳動系統:該攪拌筒的驅動方式為以發動機為動力源,由發動機后端的取力器取力,通過傳動軸傳遞到變量柱塞液壓泵,經定量柱塞油馬達,再通過減速機帶動攪拌筒轉動。攪拌筒的進出料系統(裝料和卸料機構):是輔助攪拌筒工作的重要裝置。
Transmission system: the driving mode of the mixing drum is the engine as the power source, and the power is taken by the power take-off at the rear end of the engine. It is transmitted to the variable displacement piston hydraulic pump through the transmission shaft, and then driven to rotate by the reducer through the quantitative plunger oil motor. The feeding and discharging system (loading and discharging mechanism) of the mixing drum is an important device to assist the mixing drum.
攪拌車操縱系統:是整個攪拌車的控制部件,操縱面板上開有“工字形”槽,是操縱桿的活動空間;并且后半部的槽上開有限位孔,用來固定操縱桿的位置。該操縱系統通過汽車尾部的左右兩個操縱桿來控制攪拌筒的正、反轉和轉速,從而來完成進出料以及攪拌動作。
Mixing truck control system: it is the control part of the whole mixer. There is an I-shaped groove on the control panel, which is the movable space of the control rod; and the slot in the rear half is provided with a finite position hole to fix the position of the control rod. The control system controls the forward, reverse and rotation speed of the mixing drum through the left and right control levers at the rear of the car, so as to complete the feeding and mixing actions.
供水系統:混凝土攪拌車的供水系統主要用來清洗攪拌裝置。該車型的供水系統共有兩種型式,一種是離心水泵供水系統;一種是壓力水箱供水系統,可供用戶選裝。
Water supply system: the water supply system of concrete mixer is mainly used to clean the mixing device. There are two types of water supply system for this vehicle, one is centrifugal pump water supply system, the other is pressure water tank water supply system, which can be selected by users.
自動攪拌一體車使用注意事項:
Precautions for use of automatic mixer truck:
1、液壓系統壓力應符合使用說明書中的規定,不得隨意調整。液壓油的油質和油量應符合原定要求。
1. The pressure of the hydraulic system should be in accordance with the provisions of the operation manual, and should not be adjusted at will. The quality and quantity of hydraulic oil should meet the original requirements.
2、混凝土攪拌車裝料前,應先排凈拌筒內殘存的積水和雜物。在運輸過程中要不停的轉動,以防混凝土離析?;炷翑嚢柽\輸車到達工地和卸料之前,應先使拌筒全速以14—18轉/分轉動1—2分鐘,然后再進行反轉卸料。反轉之前,應使攪拌筒停穩不轉。
2. Before the concrete mixer truck is loaded, the residual water and sundries in the mixing drum shall be drained. In the process of transportation, keep rotating to prevent concrete segregation. Before the concrete mixer truck arrives at the construction site and unloads, the mixing drum shall be rotated at full speed at 14-18 rpm for 1-2 minutes, and then reverse unloading shall be carried out. Before reversing, the mixing drum should be stopped stably.
3、環境溫度高于+25攝氏度,從裝料、運輸、到卸料延續時間不得超過60分鐘,環境溫度低于+25攝氏度,上述時間不得超過90分鐘。
3. If the ambient temperature is higher than + 25 ℃, the duration from loading, transportation to unloading shall not exceed 60 minutes; if the ambient temperature is lower than + 25 ℃, the above time shall not exceed 90 minutes.
4、冬期施工時,應切實做到:開機前檢查是否結冰;下班時認真排除拌筒內及供水系統內殘存積水,關閉水泵開關,將控制手柄置于“停止”位置。
4. During winter construction, it is necessary to check whether there is icing before starting the machine; when off duty, carefully remove the residual water in the mixing drum and water supply system, turn off the water pump switch, and put the control handle at the "stop" position.
5、在施工現場卸料完畢后,應立即用攪拌車隨帶的軟管沖洗進料斗、出料斗、卸料溜槽等處,清除粘附在車身各處的污泥及混凝土。在返回攪拌站的途中,應向攪拌筒內注150---200L水以清洗筒壁及葉片粘結的混凝土殘渣。
5. After unloading at the construction site, the inlet hopper, discharge hopper and discharge chute should be flushed with the hose attached to the mixer to remove the sludge and concrete adhering to the vehicle body. On the way back to the mixing station, 150-200l water should be injected into the mixing drum to clean the concrete residue bonded by the cylinder wall and blades.
