自動攪拌一體機基本結構主要包括取力器、攪拌筒前后支架、減速機、液壓系統、攪拌筒、操縱機構、清洗系統等。其工作原理：通過取力裝置將汽車底盤的動力取出，并驅動液壓系統的變量泵，把機械能轉化為液壓能傳給定量馬達，馬達再驅動減速機，由減速機驅動攪拌裝置，對混凝土進行攪拌。

一、車輛起步

1、 Vehicle start

車輛在起步時，可以大油門，充分發揮發動機的性能，讓攪拌車以快的時間達到巡航車速，這樣駕駛可以達到節油的目的。

When the vehicle starts, the accelerator can be increased to give full play to the performance of the engine, so that the mixer can reach the cruising speed in a fast time, so that the purpose of fuel saving can be achieved.

二、平路行駛

2、 Driving on a level road

1、平路行駛時，盡量在一條車道上行駛，減少來回變換車道的情況發生，有利于節油。

1. When driving on a flat road, try to drive in one lane to reduce the occurrence of lane change back and forth, which is conducive to fuel saving.

2、如果與其他車輛結伴而行，切勿采用跟車的方式，可以各自行駛，約定好相聚點。往往在后面跟車的車輛油耗會高于前車。

2. If you travel with other vehicles, do not use the way of following the car. You can drive separately and agree on the meeting point. Usually, the fuel consumption of the car following is higher than that of the car in front.

3、控制好發動機轉速，不同發動機，控制轉速不一致。

4、在平路行駛時，盡量保持油門開度的穩定，油門在30%左右即可，切忌油門忽高忽低。

三、車輛爬坡

3、 Vehicle climbing

1、攪拌車在爬坡的時候，堅持小坡沖，大坡穩的原則。

2、坡度小路段的時候可以采用沖坡的方式，車輛提前加速，讓車輛具有足夠的慣性行駛到坡頂。

2. When the slope is small, the way of flushing can be adopted. The vehicle can accelerate ahead of time, so that the vehicle has enough inertia to drive to the top of the slope.

4、在車輛即將到達坡頂時，如果前方是下坡，可以減小油門開度，利用車輛的慣性到達坡頂，切勿在即將到達坡頂時增擋，這時完全可以利用下坡的慣性進行增速，減少不必要的燃油消耗。

4. When the vehicle is about to reach the top of the slope, if the front is downhill, you can reduce the throttle opening, use the vehicle's inertia to reach the top of the slope, do not increase gear when you are about to reach the top of the slope. At this time, you can use the inertia of the downhill to increase speed and reduce unnecessary fuel consumption.
