自動攪拌一體機的前鋼板由九塊組成。許多人報告說，自動攪拌一體機的第一和第二部分在使用過程中容易破裂是什么原因？

（1）過度使用緊急制動器。在山上行駛時，在下坡路上使用緊急制動器可能會損壞前板。由于制動力，自動攪拌上料機的大部分負荷質量得到前板簧的促進和接受。結果，可能發生片簧的疲勞損壞。建議使用排氣制動器以減少緊急制動。

(1) Excessive use of emergency brake. When driving on a hill, using the emergency brake on a downhill road can damage the front panel. Because of the braking force, most of the load mass of the automatic mixing feeder is promoted and accepted by the front leaf spring. As a result, fatigue damage to the leaf spring may occur. The use of exhaust brakes is recommended to reduce emergency braking.

（2）前輪制動調整太緊。如果后輪制動性能不佳，或者發生突然問題，請使用緊急制動器并通過過度沖擊破壞前板簧。

(2) Front wheel brake adjustment is too tight. If the brake performance of the rear wheels is poor or there is a sudden problem, use the emergency brake and destroy the front leaf spring through excessive impact.

（3）路面不好，超載，超速，對前板簧施加過大的沖擊力，容易造成損壞。

(3) The road surface is not good, overload, overspeed, exert too much impact on the front leaf spring, easy to cause damage.

（4）前板簧經常長時間過載，降低彈性和剛性，并因疲勞而損壞。

（5）更換低質量的板簧。刀片彎曲不符合標準。由于鋼板材料不好或熱處理不好，應力變得不均勻和斷裂。

(5) Replace the low quality leaf spring. The blade is bent out of standard. Due to the bad material or heat treatment of steel plate, the stress becomes uneven and fracture.

為防止自動攪拌上料機前板簧的第一和第二塊自動裝載，我們建議采用以下方法：

In order to prevent the first and second automatic loading of the front leaf spring of the automatic mixing feeder, we recommend the following methods:

（1）檢查時間，確保板簧良好潤滑，并正確調整車輛制動器。

(1) Check the time to make sure that the leaf springs are well lubricated and that the vehicle brakes are adjusted correctly.

（2）減少緊急制動器的使用，增加發動機排氣制動器的使用，均勻地施加載荷而不會過載。

(2) Reduce the use of emergency brake, increase the use of engine exhaust brake, evenly apply load without overload.

（3）更換前鋼板時，必須使用優質鋼板，以確保彎曲度符合要求。最好使用山東彈簧廠和重慶彈簧廠生產的板簧。

(3) When replacing the front steel plate, high-quality steel plate must be used to ensure that the bending degree meets the requirements. It is better to use the leaf spring produced by Shandong spring factory and Chongqing Spring Factory.

（4）在不平坦的道路上行駛或下坡行駛時，需要控制自動攪拌上料機的速度并在曲線上行駛。不要急于過快。

自動攪拌上料機傳動油品質檢測方法

Quality inspection method for transmission oil of automatic mixing and feeding machine

1.將自動攪拌機放在平坦的表面上并擰緊手制動器。

1. Place the automatic mixing feeder on a flat surface and tighten the hand brake.

2.讓發動機空轉幾分鐘。y

2. Allow the engine to idle for a few minutes.

3.踩下制動踏板并轉動操縱桿前后移動。將每個齒輪移動幾秒鐘以填充變矩器和所有帶液壓油的換檔執行器。最后，將操縱桿轉到停車位置。

3. Press the brake pedal and turn the control lever to move forward and backward. Move each gear for a few seconds in order to fill the torque converter and all shift actuators with hydraulic oil. Finally, turn the lever to the park position.

4. Remove the automatic dipstick from the filler tube, insert the clean dipstick into the filler tube and pull it out to check the oil level of the dipstick.
