在使用混凝土自動上料攪拌一體車之前，您首先需要了解注意事項。

Before using the automatic concrete loading mixer, you first need to understand the precautions.

1.液壓系統的壓力需要符合手冊的要求，并且不得隨意調節。液壓油的質量和數量需要符合原始要求。

1. The pressure of the hydraulic system shall meet the requirements of the manual and shall not be adjusted at will. The quality and quantity of hydraulic oil shall meet the original requirements.

2.在裝載混凝土自動上料攪拌一體車之前，需要先排干攪拌桶中殘留的水和碎屑。在運輸過程中連續旋轉以防止混凝土分離。在混凝土攪拌車到達施工現場并彈出之前，混凝土自動上料攪拌一體車需要以14-18轉的全速旋轉1-2分鐘，然后以相反的方向彈出。向后移動之前，請停止旋轉攪拌桶，并且不要旋轉攪拌桶。

2. Before loading the automatic concrete loading mixer, it is necessary to drain the residual water and debris in the mixing bucket. Continuous rotation during transportation to prevent concrete separation. Before the concrete mixer arrives at the construction site and pops up, the automatic concrete loading mixer needs to rotate at full speed of 14-18 revolutions for 1-2 minutes, and then pop up in the opposite direction. 3.環境溫度超過+25攝氏度。裝載，運輸和卸載時間不應超過60分鐘，環境溫度應低于+25攝氏度。以上時間不得超過90分鐘。

4.工作時請勿觸摸旋轉的攪拌桶。為防止事故發生，嚴禁進入主卸料槽和延伸卸料槽的接頭。

5.日常工作后，駕駛員將清潔水注入攪拌桶，以高速（14-18 rpm）旋轉5-10分鐘，然后將水排干以確保需要清潔水箱。用高壓水清潔攪拌桶的各個部分時，請注意不要使用樂器或操縱桿。壓力水噴嘴與車身油漆表面之間的距離需要至少為40厘米。

5. After daily work, the driver shall inject clean water into the mixing bucket, rotate it at high speed (14-18 RPM) for 5-10 minutes, and then drain the water to ensure that the water tank needs to be cleaned.
